These terms cover your use of Glean. We've tried to keep them readable. By using the app, you're agreeing to what's below.
Use Glean to understand yourself, not to diagnose yourself. It's a companion for noticing — your doctor is still your doctor.
You may use Glean for your own personal, non-commercial wellbeing. You agree not to misuse the service — that means no attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell it, and no using it to harm others.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. Let us know promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
What you log in Glean belongs to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store your entries and show your insights back to you. We don't claim ownership of your journal, and we don't use it for anything beyond running the service for you.
Glean is a wellbeing tool, not a medical device. Its observations are built from your own entries and may be incomplete or wrong. Nothing in Glean is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If something concerns you, talk to a qualified clinician.
We work to keep Glean running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features over time, and we'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
You can stop using Glean and delete your account whenever you wish. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
